A request made to Chief Minister Eknath Shinde
Mumbai: A major discussion has arisen over the quality of offerings in the famous Tirupati Balaji Temple, one of the most renowned and wealthy temples in the country. Allegations have been made regarding the use of substandard ingredients in the offerings at the temple, which has sparked heated discussions. This issue has gained political attention as well.
Following the controversy about the poor quality of the famous "Laddu Prasad" at Tirupati Balaji Temple, the Aatm-Samman Manch has now demanded a quality check of offerings in Maharashtra temples. This includes temples like Shirdi Sai Baba Temple, Pandharpur's Vitthal Temple, Kolhapur's Mahalaxmi Temple, Siddhivinayak Temple, Ambarnath Temple, Tulja Bhavani Temple, and several other prominent temples.
The Aatm-Samman Manch has written a letter to Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, requesting action. Nityanand Sharma, the head of the Aatm-Samman Manch, has confirmed this in a statement.
